Abstract
In the modern economy, the development of the or- ganization, equally in the interpretation of micro, meso or macro- economic, decides access to information and the development of knowledge. Entrepreneurs who know how to use their stocks cre- ate more added value in organizations than competition. opening to changes, building attitudes to build innovation, development of innovative activity and is difusion, it is a way to develop every com- pany and region. The article is trying to show how the development looks like in medium region of west Poland and indicates the direc- tions of development.
