GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SYSTEM OF PRINCIPLES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL PROVISION OF RELATIONS IN THE HEALTH CARE SPHERE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The author of the article has defined the system of principles of administrative and legal provision of relations in the health care sphere in Ukraine, as well has provided its general characteristic. The system of these principles has been defined as a multi-component stable phenomenon consisting of separate principles and their groups that determine the principles of administration of the health care sector, organization of work of the system of health care institutions and provision of medical care. It has been emphasized that a considerable part of the researched principles concern the organization of carrying out professional activity of doctors and other medical employees, including the moral and ethical aspect of the conduct of medical activities.
