General legal description of principles of activities of territorial divisions State Emergency Service of Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the principles of activities of territorial divisions State Emergency Service of Ukraine. During the research it was considered basic approaches to determine principles altogether and principles of activities of territorial divisions State Emergency Service of Ukraine in particular. It was found that the national legislation of Ukraine does not contain directly established principles of activities of territorial divisions State Emergency Service of Ukraine but the Code of Civil Defense of Ukraine contains a list of principles of Civil Protection which also distribute its effect on the territorial divisions State Emergency Service of Ukraine. During the research was carried out a detailed analysis of each legal principle of territorial divisions State Emergency Service of Ukraine considering the causes and conditions of their establishment and existence in national legislation. Also the impact of the principles for legislation in the field of civil protection. Based on the analysis was able to reach the following conclusions.
