GENERAL PROVISIONS ON LEGAL FACTS IN THE LABOR LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the concept of fictions in labor relations. Different points views of scientists related to the concept of legal fiction are analyzed. Traits of the legal fictions in subjective structure of labor relationships have been re- searched. Author suggests capturing the definition of labor legal personality of every party of labor relationships in legislation.
