Generation and treatment of common sludges in member states in the aspect of the regulation (ec) No. 2150/2002 on waste statistics

Abstract
Amounts of generated common sludges in EU member states, divided into economic activities and also methods of their treatment are presented in the article. Presented data are consistent with the provisions defined by the Regulation (EC) No. 2150/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2002 on waste statistics. There are methods of sewage sludge treatment in Poland presented as well.
