Abstract
The article theoretically generalizes the development of the system of inclusive education in Ukraine. Based on the analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific sources, the ways and tendencies of the development of public administration of inclusive education of persons with special needs in foreign countries and in Ukraine are highlighted.
