GENESIS FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL REGULATION OF FLEXIBLE FORMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical analysis of the genesis of the formation and development of international legal regulation of flexible forms of employment. The analysis was carried out of a number of international legal acts of the International Labor Organization and the Council of Europe which regulate employment relationships in the field of use of flexible forms of employment. Were disclosed the contents and significance of the ILO Conventions and Recommendations and the Council of Europe Directives, as the main sources of international legal regulation of flexible forms of employment. It was substantiated that international legal regulation can be divided into four stages, which begin in 1919 and continue until this time.
