GENESIS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF TERRITORIAL PROTECTION OF NATURE

Abstract
The article deals with the historical and legal development of territorial environmental protection legal regulation. The transition from the protection of separate territories and objects to the combination of environmental protection territories has been analyzed. The main points of this process have been highlighted.
