GENESIS OF PRE-TRIAL SETTLEMENT OF COMMERCIAL DISPUTES

Abstract
In the article, the author established the legal framework and mechanism for the implementation of pre-trial settlement of commercial disputes in the context of recent legislative changes. The problems of functioning of separate norms of the Commercial and Procedural Code of Ukraine with regard to the Institute of the pre-trial settlement of disputes are investigated.
