Genesis of scientific thought is in relation to the rent payments

Abstract
The article examines the evolution of scientific thought regarding payments for natural resources. Much attention is paid to the theory of rent paid conception of nature. Approaches to the interpretation of the essence of payments for natural resources, the disclosure of fiscal and regulatory capacity are considered.
