ГЕНЕЗА РОЗВИТКУ ПРАВА НА ПРАЦЮ У ДОРЕВОЛЮЦІЙНІЙ РОСІЇ

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists, considered as developed the Institute for the Right to Labor in Pre-Revolutionary Russia, which included most of the modern Ukrainian lands. It was established that in the pre-revolutionary period in the territory of Ukrainian lands there were only germs of the right to work, since the person’s realization of his ability to work in that period was based mainly on coercion, even if the person was employed, his labor rights were subject to numerous limitations and harassment, which put the hired in practically complete dependence on the master.
