Global civil society as a new model of world order

Abstract
The essence and main components of the concept of “global civil society” are defined. The main domestic and foreign approaches to this phenomenon, which is viewed as a holistic phenomenon of the social evolution of the information age, are analyzed. The basic models of international civil society are singled out. It is shown, that the implementation of initiatives to create a global civil society largely depends on the promotion of the idea of freedom of speech and the realization of human rights in the globalized social networks. It is substantiated, that a global civil society can become a new model of the modern world order.
