Abstract
The article deals with the features of mortgage lending, the systems of organization of mortgage lending, which are the most widespread in world practice, their advantages and disadvantages. Instrumental types implemented in the world practice of mortgage lending. The real estate market, which concentrates a considerable amount of cash, acts as a powerful anti-inflationary factor through the accumulation of liquid cash assets.
