Abstract
Rozpowszechnianie wizerunku stanowiące znamię przestępstwa z art. 191a kk. w praktyce następuje wyłącznie za pomocą mediów elektronicznych, co samo w sobie w najmniejszym stopniu nie obniża stopnia szkodliwości społecznej takiego czynu.
