Abstract
The purpose of the given article is to study foundation and current situation of the public-private partnership in Kazakhstan. The following research methods are used: expert evaluation, synthesis and prognosing. The outcome of the article is highlighting of several problems that have to be solved in order to increase the number of contracts in the frames of public-private partnership.
