GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL CONTROL OF REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES OF THE PUBLIC SECTOR ENTITIES FOR EXAMPLE OF SVARYTSEVYCHI RURAL COUNCIL

Abstract
The article considers the organization and methodology of the government financial control of revenues and expenditures for example rural council in conditions of reforming accounting in the public sector. The structure of revenues and expenditures of the institution in accordance with national provision (standard) of accounting in the public sector is considered. There is organizational model of control. Algorithm of the control’s procedures of revenues and expenditures from exchange and non-exchange transactions is described. Example of the design of the results of inspection is offered.
