Government Policy of Indonesia to Managing Demographic Bonus and Creating Indonesia Gold in 2045

Abstract

Gold Indonesia in 2045 is a superior condition, developed to compete with other nations in the world in 2045. the aim of this paper are: 1) to determine the potential local economic resources to made Indonesia gold in 2045; 2) to assess the government's strategy to realize Indonesia Gold 2045; and 3) to determine the synergy between government strategies and local economic resources to realize Indonesia Gold 2045. The collection of data and information is done through the study of literature and documentation techniques. The results showed that Indonesia has the potential local economic resources which include natural resources, human resources, artificial resources, and social resources. The government's strategy to achieve Gold Indonesia 2045 is done through the development of infrastructure-manufacturing-services industry.
