Government regulation of international labor migration in the countries of the world

Abstract
Purpose. The article is devoted basic methods of regulation of international labour migration at national, international and integration level. The article is sanctified to the analysis of migration policy of the world countries with the aim of determination of priority mechanisms of regulation of international labour migration. Methodology of research. Solving tasks in the article by means of general and special methods of investigation, analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical app roach. Findings. The mechanism and features of regulation of international labor migration by the world countries are developed, which include, first of all, "the quality requirements for foreign labor," simplified "working authorize" age qualification requirements for the health of immigrants, restriction of personal character, direct import quotas of labor, a system of sanctions programs repatriation and more. Practical value. The article substantiates the that the implementation of the proposed mechanism will facilitate Ukraine’s integration into the global labor market, cooperation with foreign Ukrainian, strengthen the competitive advantages of sharing human resources and preventing the negative effects of international migration. The main scientific position of article can be used in the practice of enterprises in various areas of activity and for the state as a whole in the regulation of international labor migration.
