GOVERNMENTAL REGULATION OF THE MARKET FOR ORGANIC FARMING PRODUCTION

Abstract
Introduction. The issue of state regulation of production of organic agriculture is very important and should be solved on the basis of the triune relationship management system basic elements – economic policy of the state, environmental development strategy, legal and regulatory base. Methods. The general theoretical methods of scientific knowledge the provisions for improving the system of state regulation of organic agriculture products are used during the study; monographic (study of scientific publications, regulatory documents); abstract and logical (theoretical generalizations and drawing conclusions). Results. The necessity of state regulation and support of the domestic market for organic products is substantiated. The ways of improving state regulation of organic agriculture production with the requirements of the EU are determined. A systematic approach to the analysis of the regulation, which gives the possibility of objective evaluation of its effectiveness, is proposed. Discussion. Supporting the development of the domestic market of organic products, will allow to improve quality of organic agriculture that is consumed; ensure sustainable agriculture; will enable the expansion of innovative development; will contribute to the emergence of new opportunities in the context of European integration; diversification of exports.
