GRAIN EXPORTS AND RESOURCE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE: ECOLOGICAL STANDARDIZATION AND CERTIFICATION

Abstract
The article aims at socio-ecological- economic analysis and evaluation of environmental procedures of standardization and certification effectiveness on the cultivation and export crops. Proposed to determine the cost-effectiveness of the standards use for environmental certification in the field of agrarian nature qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative evaluation of the effectiveness of standardization proposed to carry out the analysis of economic benefits, comparing output certain quantity and quality of products and the matrix method. Quantitative estimation of economic efficiency of standardization proposed to carry out on the income and expenses basis. The justification of economic efficiency standards for environmental certification by the example of the cultivation and export of rapeseed indirect method at the state level. The calculations revealed that as a result of growing environmental certification of rape and subsequently export at world prices in the state will receive 1.21 more profit as compared with the price in Ukraine.
