GREENERY OPTIMIZATION BY MEANS OF ITS RECONSTRUCTION ON THE TERRITORY OF ECOLOGICAL COLLEGE OF LVIV NATIONAL AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract
Introduction. The article highlights a need for educational institutions greenery optimization on the example of Ecological College of Lviv National Agrarian University. Methods. For practical implementation of modern landscape design needs students of speciality “Green building and horticulture” made diploma projects the application of which contributes to the improvement of college ecological environment. Results. On the basis of existing plantations their reconstruction is concluded with saving healthy threes and decorative plants. Diploma project proposals with new solutions regarding to planting of greenery of territory and adoption of compositional groups from coniferous sorts of small architecture forms with different coloration are of primary importance. The combination of evergreen plants with early blooming bushes and floral bulbas plants is not minor important. Discussion. The main factor in the implementation of such measures is enriching species of ornamental plants, greenery design using modern styles of landscape design to improve aesthetics and functionality of campus.
