GROWING AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DEVELOPMENT: FOREIGN AND NATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract
Purpose is to analyze key aspects of social responsibility in Ukraine and abroad. Methodology of research. The study used the following methods: dialectical and abstract logic (knowledge of nature, the characteristics of social responsibility in Ukraine and in the world); bibliographical (study and processing of scientific papers devoted to the development of social responsibility); system synthesis, comparison (assessment of global and domestic experience in the formation of social responsibility); graphical, analytical (analysis of the social responsibility types). Findings. In the article the formation and development of social responsibility including foreign and domestic experience was described. The stages of formation of social responsibility on the international level were analyzed. The basic stages of social responsibility in Ukraine were given. It was shown that only through careful and environmentally leaning, ethical behavior, active social policy, the social responsibility will be able to be wide spread. Originality of the research consists of the integrated consideration of issues related to the formation and development of social responsibility, taking into account national and international experience. Practical value of the research lies in the development and dissemination of social responsibility in Ukraine as one of the main directions of the welfare society. The results of the research can be used in Ukrainian universities in the training of "Social Responsibility" and "Corporate Social Responsibility". The modern world requires from the HEIs’ applicants not only basic knowledge but also the understanding of social responsibility to be able to direct their social actions and vision at the reducing of the human social harmful effects.
