Abstract
في هذا المقال سنتحدث عن موضوع مدى اعتبار المذهب الشافعي لاجتهادات الإمام أبي حنيفة في سياق ما يسمى ب"الخروج من الخلاف" في كتب الفقه. رغم أنّ الموضوع هام إلى درجة أن يتناول بالدراسات الواسعة سنتناول الموضوع من الكتب المعينة في المذهب الشافعي في نطاق مقال للتنبيه على أهمية الموضوع.
