HARMONIZATION OF EU TAX LEGISLATION IN TERMS OF REALIZATION OF THE ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN UKRAINE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical and legal aspects of the harmonization of tax legislation of the European Union in the context of the implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. The gradual convergence of the basic principles of taxation and approaches to formation of the national tax policy is investigated. The impact of the UK’s exit from the European Union on certain aspects of the European Union tax policy is considered.
