HARMONIZATION OF NATIONAL LEGISLATION IN THE SPHERE OF TOURISM WITH THE LAW OF EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article substantiates the need for a constructive scientific rethinking of the role of the tourism industry in the integration and globalization processes taking into account that tourism is one of the priority directions of economy and culture development. The correlation between the main provisions of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their member states, on the other hand, and the Action Plan for the implementation of the agreement in the field of tourism has been implemented. A sequential mechanism for the harmonization and adaptation of national tourism legislation with EU legislation, has been proposed.
