High resolution transmission electron microscopy of irregular NiFe/Cu multilayers
Journal Title: International Research Journal of Applied and Basic Sciences - Year 2015, Vol 9, Issue 11
Abstract
NiFe/Cu alloy films and multilayers were electrodeposited from a nickel sulfate bath in the potentiostatic mode. The growth of the layers is studied via high resolution transmission electron microscopy. A wavy pattern is formed during the deposition process which could be the result of an induced stress. Ni-rich regions are detected as clusters. Giant magnetoresistance of the structure is significantly reduced due to the irregular deposition.

Effect of Shot noise in the presence of ferromagnetic exchange potential on the surface of topological insulators
In this paper we investigate the Fano factor of an F|N|F junction in clean limit in the present of ferromagnetic exchange potential. Fano factor shows an oscillatory behavior due to coherent interference of Dirac fermion...
