Historical and legal aspects of development of economic relations on inland water transport during Soviet period

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of economic relations on inland waterway transport and the legal regulation of economic relations on inland waterway transport during Soviet period. Legal factors that contributed to the restoration of inland water transport during the post-revolutionary and post-war period are considered. As a conclusion, the author defined the main conditions under which the greatest development of economic relations in inland water transport was achieved in the period of the USSR.
