Historical reasons of the emergence of the foundations of legal nihilism in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to research of forming of the problem of the emergence and formation of such a phenomenon as legal nihilism in Ukraine. The historical reasons of this phenomenon are determined. The author focuses on the Western European and imperial traditions that influenced the development of legal nihilism in Ukrainian society.
