History of personnel policy formation in law enforcement agencies of Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes the historical aspects of the formation of personnel policy in the field of security and defense of Ukraine. An analysis of the regulatory framework was carried out. The problems are identified and prospective directions of personnel policy development in law enforcement bodies are identified.
