HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF IDEAS ABOUT LAW-MAKING ACTIVITY

Abstract
The work reveals the relevance of scientific knowledge of historical and legal aspects of the development of ideas about law-making activity. The tasks and objectives of the research are set. The analysis of the history of the development of ideas about the law-making activity, as well as its periodization was carried out, the selected stages were characterized. Philosophical and scientific ideas concerning the historical-legal aspects of the understanding of law-making activity generalized. The state of scientific knowledge of law-making activity is revealed. The prospect of scientific knowledge of law-making activity is established.
