HISTORY OF THE INITIATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE BANK OF FRANCE IN THE NINETEENTH CENTURY

Abstract
The theoretical issues of formation and peculiarities of the Bank of France in the XIX century were studied. The author believes that by the beginning of the XIX century, France had an equally developed financial system, like England. Operations with securities have become systematic in the French market in the early 18th century. But the development trends of financial systems in these countries varied significantly. The Bank of France, established in 1800, was one of the first banks in the world to legislatively regulate the management of the economy.
