HPLC法测定宁心益智胶囊中五味子甲素含量

Abstract
【目的】建立宁心益智胶囊中五味子甲素的含量测定方法。【方法】色谱柱为Alltima C18柱；流动相为乙腈-水(63:37)；检测波长为254 nm；柱温为30℃；流量为1.0 mL/min。【结果】五味子甲素在38.75～232.5 ng范围内线性关系良好，相关系数r = 0.9999；平均回收率为99.2%，相对标准差RSD =1.38%，n=6。【结论】本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可有效控制该制剂中五味子甲素的含量。
