Human as a social subject of legal consciousness: social philosophical aspect

Abstract
the concept of “social subject” as applied to the legal consciousness of a personality is considered and clarified. It is concluded that the individual becomes a full-fledged social subject and may have an autonomous legal consciousness with the attainment of capacity, i. e. the age when an individual acquires all rights and obligations by Law, may be guided by it and be responsible for it
