HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION IN THE CONTEXT OF UKRAINIAN-RUSSIAN HYBRID WAR

Abstract
In the article the author reveals the content of the concept of hybrid war, its main features. The Ukrainian-Russian war is characterized as a new type of war. Resonant violations of human rights are noted, statistics are analyzed and a conclusion is drawn based on the material presented, indicating ways to overcome these problems.
