Abstract
Xülasə Hazırkı məqalədə icbari tibbi sığorta institutu tətbiq edildikdən sonra təcrübəyə gətirilən ailə həkimlərindən bəhs edilmişdir. Bundan əlavə qeyd edilən məsələ üzrə müəllif tərəfindən qanunvericilikdə olan boşluqlar və ziddiyyətlərlə bağlı mühüm məqamlara toxunulmuş, həmçinin tibbi yardım almaq hüququ və bu kontekstdə istifadə edilən icbari tibbi sığorta institutu üzrə əsas vasitəçi olan ailə həkimlərinə dair ən xarakterik xüsusiyyətlər araşdırılmış, onların hüquqi statusu müəyyənləşdirilmiş və bu istiqamətdə qanunvericilik üzrə zəruri təklif və tövsiyələr verilmişdir.
