ICT, INFORMATIONAL INNOVATION AND KNOWLEDGE-BASED ECONOMY

Abstract
This paper suggests explaining the main important role of new economic information providing competitive advantages which help economic development. It highlights a new “intelligent model» which produces and chooses the right competitive information, as a result of informational innovation which ensures the maintaining of the stability of economic growth in a new knowledge based economy. The proposed model describes the major role of information in different kinds of innovations which provide an intelligent strategy: business, organizational and knowledge intelligence, which should be followed by the decisions to improve the competitive advantage and intelligence of their organizations. We are integrating a dynamic interaction between each component of this model which had been tried by using ICT and a new crucial component in the model which is informational innovation.
