Illegal construction of beaches as recreational lands and violation of citizens' rights to free access to them

Abstract
The article is devoted to problems of illegal construction and unobstructed visit and use of beaches. This article is also aimed at identifying the problem of the legal definition and settlement of beaches as one of the main recreational zones, as well as the issue of the assignment of beaches as state territories for mass use of the population through local self-government through the negotiation of contracts with tenant companies due to the lack of established regulated rules for state level.
