IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM PROPOSED TO BE APPLIED IN A GASTROSCOPIC LABORATORY
Journal Title: Metrology and Measurement Systems - Year 2008, Vol 15, Issue 3
Abstract
The article presents a way to integrate an endoscope with computer equipment. Software has been proposed to archive and access results of endoscopic tests. The data can be accessed at the hospital area and from outside it. Aside with standard descriptions and conclusions there is also an option to watch pictures and videos recorded during a medical examination. Software for real-time editing of the video material together with the option of applying graphics filters to the watched videos has been proposed for use in endoscopic laboratories.

TWO-PARAMETER MEASUREMENTS AND SIGNAL CONDITIONING IN DOUBLE-CURRENT SUPPLY FOUR-TERMINAL RESISTANCE CIRCUITS
A new type of the four-terminal (4T) bridge circuit unconventionally supplied by current sources connected in parallel to opposite arms, named double current bridge (2J) is presented. It has two different outputs from bo...
SMART SENSOR SOLUTIONS FOR MECHANICAL MEASUREMENTS AND DIAGNOSTICS
Application of many sensors located on a mechanical structure causes serious technical problems. One of the main problems is wiring of sensors which is time-consuming and may change the system output due to high structur...
REVIEW OF THE BOOK: WALDEMAR NAWROCKI, INTRODUCTION TO
QUANTUM METROLOGY (IN POLISH)
Quantum metrology is a field of theoretical and experimental study of high-resolution and high-precision methods of measurement of physical parameters based on quantum mechanics, and particularly exploiting quantum entan...
CALIBRATION OF REFERENCE STANDARD QUARTZ ROTATING PLATES
An accurate linear polarized optical system for calibrating the quartz plate angles is introduced in this work. The quartz plate parallelism and surface roughness are measured using a phase shifting laser interferometer...
METROLOGICAL ASPECTS IN MEASUREMENTS OF A SPECTRUM GENERATED AS THE RESULT OF SWITCHING AN ELECTRIC CIRCUIT
This paper presents issues connected with experimentally specifying the envelope of spectral density of a signal which arises by the operation of switching an electric circuit. Furthermore, the paper discusses an applied...
