ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ КРИТЕРИИ ПРОГНОЗИРОВАНИЯ ТЕЧЕНИЯ ОСТРОГО ВИРУСНОГО ГЕПАТИТА В

Abstract
Dynamic examination of 98 patients with acute hepatitis B was carried out. 32 patients (32.7 %) in the term of 3 to 6 months. revealed objective and subjective clinical symptoms of exacerbation of hepatitis. One of the isolated signs of protracted hepatitis B were virological features of the antigen load and terms of seroconversion of antibodies to the main antigens of HBV, as well as the preservation of the DNA of the virus. A combination of low indices of phagocytic activity of neutrophils and monocytes, levels of IFN-γ with hyperproduction of IL-8 and moderately elevated levels of TNF-α and the presence of growth of Ig G titres to Candida spp were also detected as the statistically significant signs of prolonged hepatitis. The above indicators were determined in the first week of the height of the disease (icteric period), which may be an early prognostic sign of the further course of disease.
