Implementation of administrative supervision for the legitimacy of decisions of local self-government bodies in conditions of decentralization reform

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the State legislation provisions in the area of administrative supervision on decisions of local self-government bodies. It also contains arguments for balancing the powers, delegated to local self-government and ensuring the legality of their activities and strengthening the supervisory functions of the State in terms of the implementation of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine in conditions of desentralisation reform.
