Implementation of Disciplined Character Education in Early Childhood (Multi Site Study at Qurrata A'yun Kandangan Kindergarten and ABA Golf Banjarbaru Kindergarten)

Abstract
Character education is an important component of education that strives to develop excellent character in accordance with national and national philosophies. Character education serves to raise ethical and moral children who will benefit society in the long run. One of the foundations of character development is discipline. The character of discipline can develop a sense of responsibility in the child; therefore, it must be retained and understood. This study used qualitative descriptive research. The aim of this study is to examine the implementation, the competencies required of PAUD teachers, the impediments, and the evaluation of disciplinary character education at Qurrata A'yun Kindergarten, Kandangan and ABA Kindergarten, Golf Banjarbaru. According to the research findings and results, character education discipline is one of the main programs undertaken by Qurrata A'yun Kindergarten, Kandangan and ABA Kindergarten, Golf Banjarbaru. Obstacles encountered include a lack of cooperation from parents in establishing the type of discipline between educational institutions and parents.
