Abstract
The article ia devoted to the problems of correlation and interaction between national law and international agreements in the field of simplification and harmonization of customs procedures. In particular, the features of the mechanism of international law implementation in the law of Ukraine are analyzed, its regulatory consolidation in the domestic and international legal acts of customs law, as well as practical implementation at the present stage of nation building.
