IMPLEMENTATION OF MEDIATION IN VARIOUS SPHERE OF SOCIAL LIFE IN UKRAINE: PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article describes the features of the legal regulation of the essence and implementation of mediation in Ukraine. Issues of legislative provision and practical application of mediation as an alternative way of resolving disputes (conflicts) are highlighted. The practice of the European Court of Human Rights on cases against Ukraine is analyzed. The proposals for further development of the process of implementing mediation in various spheres of public life in Ukraine are formulated in accordance with the best international experience and national specificity
