IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE SAFETY AND QUALITY OF CHILD NUTRITION: EXPERIENCE AND PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
The paper considers ways of increasing the competitiveness of the children's food market by introducing a system of risk analysis and critical control points (HACCP). The characteristic features of national and foreign systems of quality of production of baby food are determined. The monitoring of existing legislative acts, which contains a reference to the necessity of introduction of quality control systems and development of the market for baby food, was monitored. The necessity of using the system of control over safety and quality of baby food for the improvement of quality management and competitiveness of children's food products is substantiated. The prospects of its implementation are determined.
