Implementation of the principle of equality social rights as an instrument for ensuring social equalization of regional development in Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of ensuring the principle of social equality on a territorial sign. Generalized approaches to understanding its essence and content. There is disclosed the structure of the mechanism for ensuring equal access of citizens to social rights, regardless of their locality and examined the state of its functioning under domestic conditions. The main problems in the process of ensuring social equalization of the regional development on the basis of equality of social rights and the key ways of their solution are identified.
