IMPLEMENTING REGULATORY POLICY AS AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF LAND RELATIONS IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

Abstract
The purpose of our research is to substantiate the main problems and aspects of the implementation of modern regulatory policy as an important component of land relations in the agricultural sector. The success of regulation of land ownership relations is reasonably considered as a key, fundamental factor in the efficiency of the entire spectrum of agrarian relations in the national economy. The relations of property rights in the national economy are reflected in the indexes of international ratings, such as the Index of Economic Freedom, the Global Competitiveness Index, Doing Business. It is proved that the Doing Business indicator is important for this study as the Quality of the Land Administration Index, and it confirms the low level of quality control of land ownership relations in Ukraine, which is an important part of the general property relations.
