Abstract
The city is an open system like this system, drugs are constantly refers to the urban system And the possible environmental impact of urbanization and increase in urban population and energy consumption requires more pressure on the environment itself can not stand And the disruption of the ecological balance and lead to eating disorders and pollutants in the urban environment is And urban culture, a set of complex and intertwined social and cultural, political and economic systems in which the interaction is Cultural change the culture is inseparable from the concept of effective measures to protect the environment and urban culture in different ways and provide the necessary training to citizens In this study, a cross - sectional study using data from documents (library) and the data of perceptions questionnaire survey was completed and the data analyzed using chi 2 test and software SPSS, EXELE, ARC GIS soft ware carried is Improve the environmental impact of culture and education of the citizens of Iran's capital was examined and results showed the influence of the urban environment.
