Improved calendar planning of IT-project’s implementation

Abstract
The article considers the importance of project scheduling and the use of a network model of an IT-project. The importance of finding the reserves of operations under the project is justified. The mathematical model of reserve determination is calculated as the example of the real project’stask – the working-out of a personal site. The results prove the importance of the use of time reserves and the possibility of maneuvering the IT project. Calculation and identification of reserves allow to regulate the time of operations and rational using of labor resources.
