Abstract
In the article, on the basis of analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and scientific developments of scientists, possible ways of improving the interaction and coordination of scientific-research expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. It was emphasized that interaction and coordination are extremely important aspects of the work of research and expert-forensic institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as they are necessary conditions for the proper performance of these institutions by their own tasks and functions, as well as contribution to the achievement of general social goals.
