Improvement of Organizational Forms of Agricultural Enterprises and their Activity Types

Abstract
The article is aimed at theoretical substantiation of functioning of the organizational forms of agricultural enterprises and their activity types in order to elaborate effective organizational structures in terms of market economy to improve their socio-economic development. At the stage of perfectioning the organizational forms of agricultural enterprises and their activities, a science-based conception of land ownership relations should be developed and implemented under precondition of availability of transformational processes, because of the settlement of land issues, associated with existing programs of implementation of agrarian policy in Ukraine. Land relations are at the heart of the agrarian policy, agrarian relations in particular and social economic in general. Thus, land relations should be reformed and improved in such a way as to radically solve the economic interests of working farmer and society as a whole. Improvement of organizational forms of agricultural enterprises and their activity types directly depends on favorable conditions to betterment of the socio-economic efficiency of resource potential. The socio-economic efficiency of utilization of the resource potential is the effectiveness that balances, on the one hand, needs and interests of both the individual and society as a whole, on the other hand, production development and recovery of the resource potential of enterprise.
